Best Ever Tahini Salad Dressing
Servings: 15-20

Raw Food Recipe - Tahini Salad Dressing“Hippocrates Health Institute has a variety of Tahini based dressings they use. This one we perfected the taste of over time.  You seriously don’t get tired of the bold flavors in this one!”


  1 Cup
1 Cup
1 Cup
½ Cup
½ Cup
¾ Cup
1 Pepper
¼ Cup
4 Cloves
1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
Fresh lemon juice
Raw tahini
Nama Shoyu
Scallions, chopped
Jalapeno pepper (no seeds, chopped)
Yellow onion, chopped
Ginger (juiced)
Ground cumin
Ground cayenne (to taste)

Start with water and lemon juice in the blender together with the tahini.  Mix at low speed to smooth mixture.  Add all other ingredients and mix at high speed to smooth liquid.

Serve on a hearty salad of greens and veggies over a bed of sunflower sprouts!
