Raw Bircher-Benner Muesli
Servings: 2-3

Raw Food Recipe - Raw Bircher-Benner Muesli“Serve with almond milk … after your morning green juice of course.”


  1½ Cups

¼ Cup
1/3 Cup
¼ Cup
¼ Tsp
2 Tbsp
¼ Cup
Oat flakes (may sub other grains such as kamut,
spelt, millet for ½ cup of the above)
Sunflower seeds
Pitted dates
5 spice powder
Lemon juice
Orange juice, fresh

Place everything but the citrus juices in a large bowl and soak overnight in water; drain and then place in food processor along with the lemon and orange juice.  Pulverize until small chop.

Check for sweetness and add agave nectar if needed.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with warm nut milk.  Top with blueberries or bananas.
