Raw Food Recipe - Thai Curry Cashews“This started as another recipe Executive Chef Ken at Hippocrates Health Institute. The original recipe called for Macadamia; we substituted with cashew. Pictured here layered into raw lasagna. (use Red Pepper Marinara, Raw-cotta, finely chopped spinach all layered with zuchinni-lasagna noodles, and you have got a seriously yummy dish."

Nuts:

  2 Cups
½ Cup
½ Cup
Organic raw cashews, soaked 4 hours
Organic sunflower seeds, soaked 4 hours
Organic pine nuts

Ingredients:

  2 Stalks
¼ Onion
1 Tbsp
Pinch
2 Tbsp
¼ Cup
2 Cloves
½ Cup
Celery, chopped
Yellow onion, chopped
Kelp powder
Cayenne
Oregano, dried
Lemon juice
Garlic
Water


Blend in a high speed blender, stirring vigorously.
